We want you to be happy with your Blushe purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund under the terms below.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. Requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible.
How to start a return
- Email Support@tryblushe.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will reply with a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address. Please do not ship items back before receiving this — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for returns we do not receive.
Return conditions
Because this is a cosmetic product, we ask that you contact us within the 30-day window so we can help. To be eligible, you must provide proof of purchase (order number) and follow the steps above. Opened/used product is eligible under our satisfaction policy.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer . If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping. No Restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within [5–10 business days] of our receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within [7 days] of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
As Blushe currently offers a single product, we typically process refunds rather than exchanges. We do allow exchanges when applicable. For a damaged item, the fastest resolution is a replacement — contact support.
